1 cup rolled oats, soaked in 1 cup skim milk for 1-2 hours 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 2 egg whites 1 cup skim milk 1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup blueberries |
Directions

![]() | Beat together egg whites, oat-milk mixture, and applesauce. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. |
