Banana Cantaloupe Smoothie

  • 1 large banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup buttermilk containing probiotic bacteria
  • Seeds from one vanilla bean
  • 1 Tbsp honey


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish as desired. Serve with eco-friendly straws made of tough borosilicate glass, stainless steel, or bamboo.
