Cantaloupe Smoothie with Probiotics

  • 2 cups cantaloupe, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup plain non-fat yoghurt with probiotic bacteria
  • Seeds from one vanilla bean
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Crushed ice


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Garnish as desired, and serve with non-plastic straws which are good both for you and the environment.
