Raspberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed, freshly ground

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Serve with non-plastic straws which are good both for you and the environment.
