Raspberry Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup wild blueberries
  • 3/4 cup rice milk
  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed, freshly ground


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Garnish as desired, and serve with eco-straws which are good both for you and the environment.
