Catechin-Rich Ice Tea

Research suggests that certain catechins found in green tea help modulate the production and actions of androgens and other hormones. Consequently, it has been hypothesized green tea could be useful for the treatment of hormone-related baldness. This hair loss fighting drink recipe uses loose tea leaves and advises a relatively long brewing time, both of which improve the release of catechins from green tea leaves.
